Automation & Analytics Specialist

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an Automation & Analytics Specialist to join our Analytics team. This is a hands-on role that combines automation development, AI integration, and analytical support.

The ideal candidate is passionate about improving processes, eliminating repetitive manual work, and helping the Analytics team become more efficient. This role requires someone with a proactive mindset, strong technical skills, and the creativity to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.

In addition to developing automation solutions, this role will support the Analytics team with reporting, data preparation, and operational tasks while helping introduce modern AI-driven workflows across the department.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python and no-code/low-code automation platforms (Power Automate, n8n, or similar).
• Build internal tools that improve team productivity and reduce manual effort.
• Create, maintain, and optimize automated reports and recurring reporting processes.
• Support the Analytics team with manual reports, ad hoc requests, data extraction, and data preparation.
• Assist analysts with data validation, enrichment, quality assurance, and operational activities.
• Work with SQL databases to retrieve, analyze, and manipulate data.
• Integrate AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) into business processes and internal workflows.
• Build integrations between internal and external systems using APIs.
• Design and maintain Monday.com automations and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify manual processes that can be automated and proactively recommend improvements.
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing automation solutions.
• Document automation processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with analysts and business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable automation solutions.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with Python.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate, n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Experience working with AI tools and LLMs (ChatGPT, OpenAI API, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
• Experience working with Monday.com, including automation and workflow management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for improving and simplifying processes.
• Proactive attitude with strong ownership and initiative.
• Ability to identify automation opportunities independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience integrating multiple business systems and APIs.
