Your role:

  • Based on Zone FI guidance, you will drive the country organization towards overall contract quality and monitor the progress according to the milestones PM010 until PM080 (timeline, pricing, data quality of calculation, Terms & Conditions (T&C), tools etc.)
  • Manage and conduct internal offer status meetings with main stakeholders
  • Manage the public/private bid, supporting Single/MM deals escalation and calculation, coordinate and prepare the documentation and timeline with the contributing roles, ensure their respective contribution and timely involvement
  • Manage project risk analysis including customer risk together with responsible parties
  • Handle administrative documentation in public offers
  • Utilize standard Terms & Conditions (T&C) in non-tender/private binding offers, actively participate and review non-standardized offers; identify and communicate risks of tender T&C
  • Trigger the local approval process and coordinate signatures before offer submission
  •  If won, create a contract; support contract archiving
  • Act as a commercial partner for the Sales team, including customer interactions and contract negotiations if necessary
  • Identify relevant accounting and financial aspects in the offer process, e.g. managing preferred payment terms and working out alternative financing solutions with the support of FS Advisor (leasing, etc.)

Your expertise:

  • At least 5 years of working experience including shown experience handling complex business relationships and working within cross-functional teams/processes to achieve goals.
  • Strong evidence of building solutions across multiple partners in complex relationships is important.
  • Experience in medical equipment or any other related field.
  • Knowledge of the Romanian medical market.
  • University degree.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong English language knowledge: German would be an advantage.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Business results and customer orientation.
  • Management of change and team development.
  • Orientation towards values.
