About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an external delivery team working on a software solution that manages engineering deliverables within the automotive environment, including parts, drawings and other engineering data.

This is a BA role with a strong delivery and Agile focus, suitable for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business analysis, project coordination and Agile ways of working.

You will work closely with stakeholders mainly across France and Europe, helping translate business needs into clear requirements while supporting the delivery team throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Gather, analyse and clarify business requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the external delivery team.
• Coordinate and follow up on activities across the delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and the team.
• Support Agile ceremonies such as refinement, planning, daily meetings and retrospectives.
• Maintain and prioritise the Product Backlog together with the relevant stakeholders.
• Track progress, dependencies, risks and potential blockers and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Facilitate discussions and workshops with stakeholders to clarify requirements and define solutions.
• Support functional testing, validation and acceptance of delivered features.
• Ensure clear communication and visibility of project status to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements and the continuous improvement of the delivery approach.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an Agile delivery environment.
• Experience working closely with development/delivery teams and business stakeholders.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery processes.
• Experience with User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, requirements gathering and backlog management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating activities, tracking progress and following up on dependencies/blockers.
• A structured and organised approach, with strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Professional level of English.
• French is a strong plus, especially given the interaction with stakeholders in France.
• Automotive or engineering-related experience is a plus.
