Mission:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have in-depth skills in banking functional areas and fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing business needs and translating them into functional specifications.
• Designing and optimizing banking processes
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure solution implementation.
• Conducting feasibility and impact studies
• Monitoring and analyzing project performance indicators
• Writing functional and technical documentation
• User training and support
• Participating in project meetings and steering committees
• Monitoring technology and regulations in the banking sector.

Profile:

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector.
• In-depth skills in banking functional areas
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Analytical and synthesis skills
• Knowledge of banking standards and regulations

Nice to have:

• Degree in finance, IT, project management, or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve complex problems
• Initiative and the ability to suggest improvements
