Job Description - Business Development Executive

Brink’s Romania is accelerating the expansion of its Digital Retail Solutions business and is looking for two business development professional capable of driving strategic growth and securing major enterprise opportunities across the Romanian retail market.

We are looking for a commercially driven and highly credible enterprise sales professional with an existing network in the Romanian market and a proven ability to close complex B2B deals with major local and international retailers operating in Romania. This is a new business role, focused on identifying, developing, and closing large enterprise opportunities across retail and other cash-intensive industries.

The role requires strong understanding of the local retail ecosystem, operational realities, and decision-making landscape, as well as the ability to engage senior stakeholders quickly and effectively and to manage complex enterprise sales discussions at executive level.

What you will do

  • Drive new business development across retail and cash-intensive industries
  • Identify, develop, and close strategic enterprise opportunities
  • Build and manage relationships with senior retail decision makers, including C-level, finance, operations, and store management stakeholders
  • Lead complex commercial discussions from opportunity development through negotiation and contract closing
  • Position Brink’s DRSs as operational efficiency and store optimization tools
  • Expand Brink’s footprint securing new strategic logos
  • Build and convert a strong qualified pipeline of enterprise opportunities
  • Collaborate with operational and solution teams to structure and deliver commercially competitive proposals

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in enterprise sales / new business development
  • Existing network and relationships within Romanian retail and cash-intensive industries
  • Strong understanding of the Romanian retail market and operational ecosystem
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic negotiations
  • Ability to independently open and develop senior-level customer relationships
  • Background in retail technology, POS/fiscal systems, payments, automation, operational services is considered a strong advantage
  • Strong commercial drive combined with execution discipline and customer credibility
  • Ability to operate autonomously and deliver measurable commercial impact
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent Romanian and English
