We are looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist with a data-driven mindset and experience in the fintech or banking sector to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for transforming complex financial data into actionable insights, acting as the bridge between technical data structures and strategic business decisions. The role requires a solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and advanced visualization tools (like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker), along with the ability to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders. This is a hands-on BI role with a strong focus on data discovery, building scalable reporting frameworks, and providing the analytical backbone for our digital financial products.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence
- Strong experience with Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, DAX)
- Hands-on experience working with AWS Cloud services
- Good knowledge of SQL and data querying
- Experience working with large datasets and financial or transactional data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or financial services
- Experience with data governance and regulatory reporting
