This partnership is a unique, industry-first model which brings together the best of in-house and 3rd party capability. \nWe work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.\n\n## About this Role\n\nWe are seeking a Business Protection Specialist to support the safeguarding of Vodafone\u2019s global technology ecosystem by coordinating the full lifecycle of vulnerability management activities. The individual will ensure timely identification, assessment, and remediation of vulnerabilities, while contributing to the continuous enhancement of security processes, reporting capabilities, and risk visibility. This role involves extensive collaboration with international teams, requires strong analytical and communication skills, and plays a critical part in driving a culture of security excellence across the organisation.\n\n## What you will do\n\n * Coordinate end\u2011to\u2011end vulnerability management activities, ensuring timely discovery, assessment, and remediation of vulnerabilities.\n * Oversee test scoping and scheduling, confirming environment readiness, scope validation, authorisation, and related dependencies in alignment with established penetration testing processes.\n * Ensure penetration testing documentation\u2014including reports, summaries, evidence, and retest outcomes\u2014meets internal quality standards and is properly stored and auditable.\n * Facilitate alignment between security findings and remediation owners, ensuring responsibilities are understood, actions prioritised, and progress monitored.\n * Stay informed about emerging technologies, vulnerabilities, threat trends, and security developments to support proactive risk mitigation.\n * Maintain compliance with internal security policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all times.\n * Prepare and deliver clear reports on system vulnerabilities, ensuring accurate data entry and tracking within the internal vulnerability and patching database.\n * Prioritise and categorise assets to support risk\u2011based remediation strategies and effective resource allocation.\n * Enhance and maintain procedures for vulnerability remediation, risk management, and risk acceptance tracking.\n * Present results and reports to international C\u2011level leaders and collaborate with multiple global stakeholders.\n * Produce dashboards and process measurements to enable data\u2011driven decision\u2011making and continuous improvement.\n * Analyse data to identify potential risks, gaps, non\u2011conformities, or systemic issues, driving corrective actions where required.\n * Support business continuity by implementing measures that minimise disruptions and safeguard critical operations.\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\n * Experienced in vulnerability management, including interpreting scan outputs and coordinating remediation with technical teams.\n * Skilled in security methodologies, frameworks, and standard technologies used across the industry.\n * Knowledgeable in Windows and UNIX operating system fundamentals.\n * Familiar with network fundamentals, including OSI model concepts, common ports, and best\u2011practice configurations.\n * Comfortable interacting with senior international stakeholders, including C\u2011suite leaders.\n * Able to extract process measurements and develop dashboards that support effective reporting and insights.\n * Strong analytical thinker, able to interpret data to detect security concerns, non\u2011conformities, and process gaps.\n * Committed to staying updated on cybersecurity industry developments, best practices, and relevant certifications.\n * Experienced with Service Management tools (advantageous).\n * Highly proficient in written and spoken English.\n\n\n\n## Not a Perfect Fit?\n\nConcerned you may not meet every requirement?
