Job Description - Business Support Administrator

- ad‑hoc and standard Technology‑specific reports, including charts, tables, and numerical insights - finance administration activities (shopping carts, purchase orders, reports, travel expenses) and procurement tasks - record consolidation across workstreams - logistics for internal initiatives Address incoming queries and route them to relevant stakeholders when needed. Actively participate in cross‑functional initiatives, including process efficiency and organisational optimisation projects. Not a Perfect Fit? Strong organisational and planning abilities, able to work independently and collaboratively. Skilled at influencing without authority and confident handling confidential information. Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with a sense of urgency. Flexible and adaptable in changing environments. Basic understanding of economic principles. At least three years' experience in a similar role within a technology multinational or supporting senior management. Proficient in SAP (finance, procurement, contract management modules) or similar systems. Advanced in Microsoft Office. Experience in corporate social responsibility and internal or external communications. English language level B2 or above; additional languages are considered a plus.
