Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business System Analyst to join a long-term B2B project in the banking sector. The role focuses on analyzing, documenting, and improving business systems, with strong technical exposure to BPM, SQL, XML, Oracle, and Web Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements and processes in the banking domain

• Support development and maintenance of BPM workflows

• Work with SQL, Oracle, XML, and Web Services to support system integrations

• Conduct gap analysis, process modeling, and system improvements

• Collaborate with business, IT, and data teams to ensure alignment of solutions

• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and workflow diagrams

• Participate in user acceptance testing and support system implementation

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business System Analyst or similar role

• Strong knowledge and experience in the banking domain

• Hands-on experience with BPM platforms

• Proficient in SQL, Oracle databases, XML, and Web Services

• Ability to analyze complex systems and processes

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in documentation, requirements gathering, and testing

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
