Job Description - Call Center Agent (f/m/d)

Your tasks will be:


  • Receiving, processing and documenting reports received by partners by phone
  • First level support towards partners
  • Recording daily fault reports and assigning them to service technicians via a ticket management system
  • Service process management according to the requirements of the valid service agreement
  • Transfer of tasks to the appropriate departments of the group if necessary
  • Current management and up-to-date management of the service management system
  • Evaluation of the work of service technicians with statistical indicators
  • Preparation of service quotations based on the applicable service agreement
  • Issuing service invoices
  • Keeping contact with affiliates and subcontractors, both domestically and internationally


We're looking for you if:

  • have at least secondary education
  • You are enthusiastic and proactive with a "we'll do it!" Attitude
  • You communicate excellently with clients and co-workers
  • You pay attention to detail and are able to work in a system
  • You are precise and demanding for your work
  • ability to work under pressure on short deadlines
  • have good stress tolerance
  • you know it well in practice Microsoft Office

Advantages:

  • knowledge of English and/or another European language
