· Identify and report bugs, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.
· Monitor and analyze game performance metrics, proposing data-driven optimizations to enhance player engagement and revenue.
· Ensure compliance with industry regulations for all game releases and promotional campaigns.
· Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to align promotions with operational goals and create engaging player experiences.
· Plan and execute seasonal and high-impact promotions, such as holiday campaigns, to boost player retention.
· Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative strategies, including gamification tools and new promotional mechanics, to improve the gaming experience.
