Job Description - Commercial Legal Counsel

Commercial Legal Counsel

Role Overview
In this role, you will provide practical legal support on a broad range of commercial matters. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to help identify legal risks and support business growth.

What You Will Do

Draft, review, and/or negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including:
- Client agreements, such as SaaS agreements, licensing agreements and software related service agreements;
- Partnership agreements, including distribution and reseller agreements;
- Public procurement contractual documentation, including support in drafting requests for clarifications;
Identify, assess and mitigate business risks, particularly in relation to liability, intellectual property and alignment with regulatory requirements;
Support the improvement and standardization of contract templates;
Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development and Finance teams on ongoing and new business initiatives;
Facilitate corporate governance matters by drafting documentation and approvals for General Meetings of Shareholders and the Board of Directors.

What We’re Looking For

A law degree;
Minimum 3 years of professional experience, either in-house or in a law firm;
Overall broad legal knowledge;
Familiarity with AI Act is considered an advantage.

Skills and competencies

Ability to tailor legal feedback to non-legal stakeholders to ensure clear communication;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Fluent English (written & spoken);
High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail;
Collaborative mindset with soft skills.
