Commercial Team Leader with English

✔ You communicate confidently in English (B2 level or higher) and thrive in a multicultural environment.

✔ You hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

What You’ll Do

Lead and support a team of 5–7 of prospectors.

Oversee daily operations and ensure commercial objectives are met.

Track KPIs, analyze results, and propose action plans.

Recruit, train, coach, and motivate your team toward performance.
