✔ You have leadership experience (min. 6 months) and a passion for helping people grow.

✔ You communicate confidently in English (B2+) and Spanish (at least B1) and thrive in a multicultural setting.
✔ You hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

💼 What You’ll Do

Lead and support a team of 5–7 of prospectors.
Oversee daily operations and ensure commercial objectives are met.
Track KPIs, analyze results, and propose action plans.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate your team toward performance.
