Your responsibilities?

• Activating content creators from a current database

• Recruiting new content creators
  

• Motivating creators to upload content
  

• As a content manager, you will develop an effective strategy for growing content that delights your audience.
  

• Training & coaching for content creators
  

• Manage and develop the community of content creators
  

• Monitor and create different reports.
  

• Develop and implement community management strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  

• Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and enhance online reputation.
  

• Track and analyze community metrics to measure the effectiveness of community engagement efforts and make data-driven recommendations.
  

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management.
