Misiune 

Asigurarea coordonarii eficiente a activitatii financiar-contabile si a echipei de contabilitate, garantand acuratetea raportarilor, conformitatea fiscala si suportul relevant pentru deciziile de business intr-un mediu de productie.

Responsabilitati 

• Coordoneaza si dezvolta echipa de contabilitate, asigurand distribuirea eficienta a sarcinilor si cresterea performantei


• Supervizeaza corectitudinea evidentei contabile si respectarea legislatiei fiscale in vigoare


• Gestioneaza procesul de inchidere lunara si anuala si valideaza raportarile financiare periodice


• Colaboreaza cu Finance Managerul pentru analize financiare, raportari si suport decizional


• Administreaza relatia cu autoritatile fiscale, auditorii si consultantii externi

Competente 

• Experienta de minimum 5 ani intr-un rol de Sef Contabil, ideal in mediul de productie


• Studii superioare economice si cunostinte solide de contabilitate si fiscalitate romaneasca


• Abilitati dovedite de coordonare a echipelor si organizare a activitatii financiar-contabile


• Experienta in utilizarea sistemelor ERP si a aplicatiilor de contabilitate


• Gandire analitica, atentie la detalii si abilitati foarte bune de comunicare cu managementul
