• Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks, especially when entering orders and preparing reports.
• Communication: Keep lines of communication open with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.
• Customer Focus: Always keep the client’s needs at the forefront of your actions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION
• Bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree (or the equivalents) in Statistics, Economics, Marketing
• Client-oriented, responsible, and results-driven, with a focus on professional excellence and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Experience in a similar role or industry will be a significant advantage.
