Role Overview:
Position: Corporate Sales Coordinator (Entry-Level)
Reporting to: General Manager
Location: Romania (Hybrid, initially full-time at the office for 6 months)
Salary: €1200 net per month plus bonus
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies targeting corporate clients. Manage product and insurance plans tailored to market needs. Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Present insurance options and explain coverage details to clients. Analyze competition and highlight the advantages of our client’s offerings. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation. Meet or exceed sales targets, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Generate reports for management based on sales data. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Create and lead a sales team, providing training and development. Manage customer relationships and monitor their preferences. Continuously refresh job-specific knowledge and apply it in the field. Candidate Requirements: Proven ability to deliver quick results. Preferably has an existing portfolio and experience in selling health insurance to the corporate sector. Open to junior profiles with a strong willingness to learn and grow. Relevant experience in insurance, ideally in the medical field (not mandatory). Compensation & Benefits: €1200 net per month plus bonus. Company phone and laptop. Taxi expenses for meetings are covered, and other national travel expenses are covered by the company. Insurance is provided after 6 months.
