Costumer Service Operator Serbian (m/f/d)

We are looking for individuals interested in filling customer service operator positions in the Serbian language.
Your main responsibility as a customer service operator will be to provide telephone and email consultancy, and this activity does not involve product sales.
You will benefit from a 3-week training period, and the probation period is 3 months. The working schedule is hybrid (partially from the office, partially from home), from Monday to Friday, between 08:00-16:00 / 09:00-17:00 / 10:00-18:00.

Tasks

• Processing customer e-mails
• Telephone and written communication with customers
• Expert advice
• Customer-oriented problem solving
• Ensuring the client's quality requirements and customer satisfaction
• Recording business transactions in the company software

Requirements

• Rich vocabulary in official and formal communication
• Good communication skills, calm and patient nature
• Self-taught person, attentive to details, and with good observation skills
• PC+Microsoft (Windows, Word, Outlook) operation knowledge
• Knowledge of English or Romanian at least at an intermediate level
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service field beneficial
