Quality Customer Supervisor, you will be the customer's representative and represents his interests regarding the quality of the product sold both at the "0 kilometers" moment and under warranty. You will be responsible for developing and completing any project requested by the hierarchical leader; You know and you are aware of the importance of your activity and the impact of achieving quality objectives (impact on product quality, contribution to achieving, maintaining and improving quality, including the consequences in case of non-compliance with customer requirements).
Responsibilities of a Snr. Quality Customer Supervisor
Snr. Quality Customer Supervisor Qualifications
• Graduate of technical higher education.
• Experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement of min. 3 years.
• Experience in the automotive industry of min. 3 years.
• 6 Sigma/ Greenbelt certification; Blackbelt or Lean Expert is an advantage.
• Geometric dimensions and tolerances, technical drawing
• non-conformity analysis, 8D, 5 whys, cause-effect diagram.
• Process capability calculation, SPC/ PPAP.
• IATF Quality Standard/ Customer requirements.
• Use of SAP
• Very good knowledge of English. Knowledge of a second European language is an advantage.

The ideal candidate for this position has excellent organizational skills, can work well under pressure, has strong attention to detail, is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
