At BCR, our Credit Risk team plays a key role in supporting sustainable business growth while maintaining a prudent risk culture. We work closely with business teams to assess financing opportunities, provide independent risk opinions, and ensure sound lending decisions for SME clients. How you will contribute

• Assess credit applications and provide independent credit risk opinions for assigned SME clients;


• Analyze the economic environment and allocated industries, identifying key risks and recommending appropriate risk mitigation measures;


• Review clients’ financial performance, business models, and risk profiles to support informed lending decisions;


• Participate in credit approval processes and present risk assessments within Credit Committee discussions;


• Ensure the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of credit risk opinions and recommendations;


• Collaborate closely with business, underwriting, and other internal stakeholders throughout the lending process;


• Monitor compliance with internal credit risk policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements;


• Contribute to maintaining a strong risk culture and support continuous improvement of credit risk practices;


• Perform additional activities related to the role, in line with internal regulations and management requirements.

What will help you be successful

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or a related field;


• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years within banking or financial institutions;


• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, and credit risk assessment;


• Good understanding of SME financing, lending products, and credit approval processes;


• Knowledge of economic sectors and industry-specific risk factors;


• Understanding of risk control, monitoring, and credit portfolio management principles;


• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail;


• Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;


• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and make sound judgments in a dynamic environment;


• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency;


• Good IT skills.
