Position Overview:

We are building a community from zero → infinity. We need someone who doesn’t just “manage Discord” but creates worlds, sparks memes, and architects tribes. If “community” to you means just posting updates, stop reading. If it means igniting cult-like energy, keep scrolling.

Responsibilities within the team:

• Design growth rituals: missions, streaks, VIP clubs

• Collaborate with marketing to align community campaigns with influencer pushes

• Moderate with style: ban bots, not vibes

• Turn lurkers into power users

• Report community health metrics (but in plain language, not corporate babble)

The Vibe

Think less “manager” and more guild leader in a metaverse casino, rallying the troops. Someone who can throw a meme grenade in Discord at 2 a.m. and wake up to 300 reactions. Someone who knows that community is the real house edge.

Facing the challenges of the role requires:

• Fluent in crypto slang + culture (CT, WAGMI, gm/gn, all that jazz)

• Experience building Discord/TG communities from scratch to thousands

• Knows the alchemy of engagement: memes, quests, airdrops, tournaments, AMAs

• Strong grasp of crypto gaming/iGaming vibes, understands what keeps degen players hooked

• Comfortable being the face of the brand in Web3 communities
