Customer Operations Representative - 1 year role

Our new colleague will collaborate closely with various departments, such as Finance, License Management, and Operations Teams, as well as with the Sales Organization. This role is part of a global team and will support order processing across regions.\n\nMain Tasks :\n\n\u00b7 Process complex order transactions (SFT, Services)\n\n\u00b7 Follow through to ensure completeness of pending orders/requests\n\n\u00b7 Communicate proactively with the internal stakeholders about order/request status and solve possible blockers.\n\n\u00b7 Leverage a strong expertise on implemented rules, policies, and processes\n\nRequirements:\n\n\u00b7 Fluent in English\n\n\u00b7 Able to collaborate in a cross functional and global team environment\n\n\u00b7 Comfortable working in fast paced environments\n\n\u00b7 Able to deal with ambiguity and can take initiative\n\n\u00b7 Comfortable with sharing opinions to improve business and processes\n\nPTC has the most robust Internet of Things technology in the world.
