Customer Service Agent - Ground Services (Airline Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service to passengers at the airport.
• Support check-in, boarding, and arrival procedures.
• Handle passenger inquiries and provide solutions in a professional manner.
• Ensure smooth operations in compliance with airline service and safety standards.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment on rotational shifts.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in airline, airport, hospitality (front office), or customer service.

• Candidates with airline-related diploma/training courses will also be considered.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Professional appearance with adherence to uniform guidelines.
