About the role:

The main task is cooperation with customers to ensure all administration of orders and requests are in the highest quality. Also, cooperation with logistics and internal customers to ensure maximum satisfaction of all customers while following all set rules.

Main tasks:

• Entering orders into the SAP P10 system

• Comprehensive service of customers

• Processing complaints related to the price, credit notes, undelivered goods

• Administration of Back-orders, EDI

• Management of unloading according to customer slots

• Assistance for B2B portal, C4C ticketing portal

• Administration of returned and damaged goods

• Intensive cooperation with the Planning and the Sales team

• Daily contact and cooperation with logistics

• Effort to maximize service level for the customers

• Fulfilment of KPIs set

• Reporting to internal and external customers

• Positive approach to the concept of sustainable development

• Proactive mindset in daily work

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Relevant experience in business administration

• Secondary school/university

• Good knowledge of MS Office - especially Excel

• Knowledge of SAP

• English

• Strong customer focus

• Excellent communication skills

• Team player, being proactive, diligent

• Able to work under pressure and problem solver
