Requirements

• Proactive, focused on finding alternative solutions;
• Responsible, with a developed ethical sense both in the relationship with the clients and in the relationship with the other team members;
• Excellent verbal & writing communication and presentation skills;
• Full computer literacy and advanced knowledge of MS Office package;
• Basic knowledge of online marketing;
• Good command of written and verbal English;
• High-school Diploma.

Nice to have: at least 1 full year of experience in a similar role in gambling, online or retail casino, sports betting, poker, bingo or at least one year in customer support departments or similar positions;

Responsibilities

•Identify potential clients for the company's online application;
• Provide assistance to clients via chat, e-mail, phone and on the company's platform (for the registered clients);
• Provide permanent support to clients in using the platform;
• Inform the company's clients about important events and promotions;
• Manage the clients database;
• Prepare specific reports at the request of direct manager.

Working termsWorking schedule - hybrid.

You'll work in our city office facility in shifts.
