Cybersecurity Team Leader

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and proactive CyberSecurity Team Leader to join our dynamic and innovative team.

Job Description:

·       Supervise daily activities of the cybersecurity team (SOC, engineering, GRC)

·       Allocate tasks and manage priorities across sub-teams

·       Coordinate incident response efforts and act as escalation point

·       Liaise with other departments and external partners on cybersecurity matters

·       Monitor KPIs, compliance efforts, and ongoing projects

·       Organize internal security drills, awareness training, and reporting

·       Contribute to budgeting, staffing, and long-term planning

·       Represent the team in audits and management meetings

Requirements:

·       Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains and best practices

·       Team management and conflict resolution

·       Project management and stakeholder communication

·   Regulatory compliance awareness (e.g., GDPR, ISO)

Working schedule: Onsite, from 15:00-23:00 (Piata Romana)
