Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

• Document customer interactions systematically in our CRM system for future reference and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive solutions are provided to customer needs.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to offer informed support.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer inquiries.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment while ensuring team collaboration.
