What you’ll do?

·        You will be responsible to identify, select, coach and mentor the best commercial profiles while detecting hidden potential in people and developing the skills to become autonomous high performing commercials

·        You will recruit, select and coach candidates with potential in commercial field

·        You will invest trust and resources in development of talented commercial profiles and inspire them

·        You will build a professional learning expert image and a valuable trademark

·        You will keep track of trainees' progress and adjust coaching methods to constantly support and encourage their performance
