We are seeking  Hypervisor Infrastructure Engineer  for OESL Data Center & Cloud Team.  You  will be responsible responsible  the design, optimization and management of our Vmware virtualization and datacenter infrastructure. The role ensures that the hypervisor infrastructure is fully aligned with  standards and operational requirements maintaining high availability and performance in selected data center, cloud and supported locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, optimize and manage VMware virtualization infrastructure.
• Implement best practices for scalability, availability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor system health parameters using standard monitoring tools and provide expert-level support for VMware-related incidents.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and lead root cause analysis for virtualization environments to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Lead infrastructure design and architecture reviews, collaborating with enterprise architects on scalable and secure solutions.
• Collaborate with local IT teams and other infrastructure departments to ensure smooth service delivery and alignment with service provider
• Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing VMware vSphere environments.                       
• In-depth knowledge of VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, etc.)                                               
•  Familiarity with physical server hardware standards and compatibility.                                               
•  Experience in working with enterprise storage, LAN/WAN infrastructure.
