Role Overview

We are is seeking a skilled and motivated Data Developer with 3-4+ years of experience to join our team in a hybrid working setup. The successful candidate will collaborate with both business stakeholders and IT application owners to define, implement, and support robust data warehouse and ETL solutions. The role involves end-to-end development using Oracle and Databricks technologies, as well as ongoing optimization and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable data warehouse processes

• Develop and maintain data mapping logic between source systems and the data warehouse

• Design, develop, test, and optimize ETL jobs using ODI, Oracle PL/SQL, and Databricks

• Support the rollout of ETL processes and coordinate deployment activities

• Maintain and troubleshoot existing ETL jobs and database operations

• Establish and document the technical framework for the data warehouse

Technical Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in data development

• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL

• Proven experience with ETL tools (preferably ODI) and large-scale database environments

• Solid understanding of data modeling and source system analysis

• Working knowledge of Python and PySpark for data processing

• Familiarity with Databricks and data pipeline orchestration

• Experience with data visualization tools and data profiling/cataloging techniques

• Sound understanding of data warehouse concepts and performance tuning

• Exposure to banking environments is a strong advantage

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Team-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
