As a Data Engineer, your work will directly contribute to reducing manual reporting, improving data quality, and supporting democratized access to data throughout the Nordic organization.
Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for both batch and streaming data.
Ensure reliable, monitored, and recoverable mechanisms for business-critical insights 24/7.
Contribute to implementing our unified Lakehouse solution (BigQuery/Lakehouse) and metadata catalog.
Integrate data from various source systems (CRM, ERP, product/user insights, etc.) into harmonized domain datasets.
Replace manual reporting with automated real-time data flows.
Implement frameworks for orchestration and version control to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Collaborate closely with Data Architect & domain owners (CX, Product, Sales, Finance) to ensure data flows meet business needs.
Contribute to processes and structures for data quality assurance, data lineage, and metadata documentation.
Experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar technical role.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
Experience with data transformation (e.g., dbt, Spark, BigQuery).
Experience with pipeline orchestration tools.
Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT, and warehouse architecture, preferably in cloud environments (GCP, Azure, or AWS).
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience from SaaS or B2B software environments.
Knowledge of data observability, lineage, and catalog tools.
Familiarity with Airflow, Dagster, Amplitude, Looker, or similar tools.
Understanding of GDPR, ISO, and data governance best practices.
