What you'll do Who you are Competențe, cunoștințe și experiență: Studii universitare finalizate cu diploma de licenta: Preferabil Informatica, Cibernetica, Matematica, Statistica; Experienta > 3 ani in analiza de business ( preferabil in industria telecom sau in data science & analiza statistica complexa). Certificări tehnice/profesionale necesare: Cunostinte extinse de analiza statistica aplicabile in aria actiunilor de direct marketing; Intelegere clara a sistemelor de analiza si evaluare (ex: SAS Miner, Enterprise Guide, SQL, Python ) precum si a cerintelor de date si a mediului tehnic necesa sustinerii acestor aplicatii; Cunostinte solide MS Office (Excel - nivel avansat, Access, Word, PowerPoint); Intelegerea profunda a tehnicilor de data science si segmentare: Arbori de decizie, Regresie logistica, Retele neuronale, Clustering ierarhic, Clustering partitional; Experienta profesionala sau academica in domeniul analizei avansate a datelor, a dezvoltarii modelelor predictive, in domeniul statisticii si automatizarii; Experienta in manipularea si analiza seturilor mari si complexe de date; Experienta in vizualizarea, prezentarea, generarea de modele dinamice de prezentare a datelor, care va contribui la o intelegere facila si exacta a concluziilor; Aptitudini de colaborare si comunicare avansate; Abilitati analitice avansate, dublate de o gandire creativa si exploratorie, plus dorinta de perfectionare si dezvoltare Not a perfect fit?
