Role Purpose
Coordinate the secure, compliant, and efficient delivery of exams and related operations, ensuring all test-day and post-test activities meet global standards for quality, security, and customer experience. This includes overseeing venue and supplier sourcing and performance, managing the readiness of equipment and materials, ensuring the secure handling and transportation of confidential test materials, conducting operational readiness checks and risk assessments, coordinating test-day staffing, and acting as the primary operational contact for venues, delivery partners, and test-day teams. The role also manages operational incidents, issue escalation, and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth service delivery.
Ensure compliance with all security, regulatory, and operational requirements through audits, investigations, accurate record-keeping, and close collaboration with governance and compliance teams. The role supports effective stakeholder engagement by coordinating communications, addressing customer feedback, and managing venue and supplier performance. It also oversees operational budgets and resource utilisation, including contracting, purchase orders, payments, and cost tracking, while supporting and managing delivery staff, promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
