Your responsibilities

• Management of Strategic Supply, Strategic Pricing & Compulsory Stock function for East countries (incl. for Finished Products, Semifinished and other Fossil Raw Materials and AdBlue) within the OMV Petrom defined framework


• Responsible for supply strategy & outtrading of physical commodities (finished and semifinished products) in OMV East countries (Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Moldova).


• Leads negotiations/decisions of commodity supply agreements (OMV Petrom and 3rd party) and supply agreements to sales channels and solve specifically documented volume problems.


• Brings contribution to maximize business results by: Supply & demand balancing of OMV East for finished products. Maximizing netbacks and sales price for seaborne and European exports; optimum supply of finished products and raw materials.


• Ensures maximization of Refining & Marketing netbacks by guiding term contract negotiations, defining supply and demand balance per market.


• Develops the CSO Strategy and supervises the Compulsory Stocks compliance process and CSO delegation contracts in line with the approved CSO strategy.


• Is responsible for Strategic Suppliers for Cluster 2 countries within the OMV Petrom defined framework.


• Leads the Strategic Pricing Team and Continuous development of the Transfer Price System for all products as well as monitoring of transparent documentation according to guidelines in the country organization.


• Leads strategic pricing reviews and MTP Planning to further improve the R&M profitability, recommend way forward based on in-depth market and environmental analysis. Support management decisions by application of state-of-the art pricing information and consult the BU head in all product supply or product sales related strategic decisions.


• Coordinates the process of new products and modification of existing products.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain Management.


• Excellent understanding of Refinery/Petrochemical sector


• More than 12 years’ experience, very good knowledge of the industry


• Minimum 8 years in leadership positions, managing teams.


• Ability to lead cross functional projects and to take initiative on new ideas.


• Excellent command of English language.


• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft environment.


• Advanced Project management and negotiation skills.
