Key Responsibilities

• Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing inquiries.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
