Electrician Electrical Installations & Smart Systems

We are looking for an electrician with relevant experience in electrical installations, with hands-on exposure to low-current systems, electrical panels, access control systems, video surveillance, or automation for smart buildings (smart home / smart office).

Must Have We need an electrician with a minimum of 3 years of recent experience in civil electrical installations (houses, apartment buildings). Experience must be current.

Main Responsibilities:

• Performing electrical installations according to technical projects;

• Assembling and installing electrical panels, both in the workshop and on-site;

• Wiring and installing access control systems, video surveillance, sensors, and automated lighting systems;

• Interventions that may include demolition work, outdoor installation, or activities near electrical panels;

• Occasional travel (23 days, once every 12 months) for works in nearby counties;

• Representing the company at the clients location with a professional attitude and clear communication.

Ideal Profile:

• Solid experience in electrical installations (mandatory);

• Previous exposure to low-current work or modern technological systems (access control, CCTV, smart systems);

• Technical dexterity and attention to detail the ability to work precisely, including on sensitive components;

• Mature, presentable attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Driving license category B a company car will be provided;

• Availability for immediate start.

Offer:

• Fixed salary: 5,500 - 6,000 RON net + 15% bonus from the salary (approx. 900 RON net per month) + overtime bonus. Overtime is paid at the standard rate, with weekend work paid at 50% extra. Daily allowance of 50 RON per day during travel assignments.

Important:

• Candidates who do not have full experience in all types of systems are also accepted, provided they have a solid electrical installation background and a genuine willingness to learn new technology.

• Each employee starts with a 15% bonus at the beginning of each month. During the month, if a mistake occurs, the bonus will be adjusted 10% of the bonus is deducted per mistake.
