Employee Central Lead (Program Manager Employee Central)

Lead the functional implementation team in HR HQ Ensure successful roll-out across 20+ countries Steer and coordinate the IT implementation partner (T-Systems) and the software vendor (SAP SuccessFactors) Manage escalations Consult (internal) customer on best practice process implementations Define and govern global data and process templates Conduct regular status update calls Manage stakeholder Proven experience leading large-scale Employee Central implementations (5,000+ users) Experience designing and implementing global data and process templates Demonstrated experience steering external vendors and system integrators Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central English is mandatory, German would be a plus Strong project/program management skills (Agile, SAFe or hybrid methodologies) Vendor Management experience
