Employee Central Test Lead

Lead the sub-stream \u201cTesting \u0026 Migration\u201d within the global Employee Central implementation program Define and implement the overall test and migration strategy Design and structure test cases / scenarios Configure and oversee migration and test automation tools Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from the business perspective Provide guidance on best-practice test management Proven experience in large-scale Employee Central implementations (5,000+ users) Solid experience designing and executing test and migration strategies Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Expertise in test management methodologies and tools English is mandatory, German would be a plus Vendor and stakeholder management capabilities
