Job Description - EMS/SCADA Systems Specialist (ID: 3001)

As an EMS/SCADA Systems Specialist, you will:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Energy Management Systems (EMS) and SCADA platforms, specifically the eTerra suite including Outage Assist and Storm Assist.
Perform detailed diagnostics and support activities related to customer-specific customizations, AEMS, and SUV testing.
Model and configure electrical devices within the EMS environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure optimal grid management and system uptime.

What You Bring to the Table:

5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting EMS platforms including SCADA, AEMS, and eTerra-based solutions.
Proven hands-on expertise in installing, analyzing, and troubleshooting eTerra DMS and EMS components.
Familiarity with SCADA and modeling tools, and solid experience with both Transmission and Distribution electrical grid configurations.
Proficiency in working with TCP/IP protocols, routing, IP addressing, LAN, DNS, Active Directory, and firewall configurations.
Working knowledge of industry standards, including NERC CIP compliance.
Strong communication skills in English (mandatory).

You Should Possess the Ability To:

Diagnose and resolve advanced system-level and integration issues.
Independently manage and deliver EMS configuration, enhancement, and testing assignments.
Use technical tools to simulate, analyze, and optimize grid management and control system performance.
Interpret and model complex electrical device topologies accurately.
