What You'll Do

• Keep accurate, up-to-date equipment records and manage lifecycle data in internal systems.

• Design and implement replacement and upgrade strategies to extend equipment lifespan.

• Deliver technical support and training to colleagues and partners.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.

• Collaborate with teams across Training, Compliance, HR, and Operations to maintain smooth, compliant workflows.

• Prepare and maintain all technical and regulatory documentation.

• Research and recommend the acquisition of new or specialized equipment.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent English (C1 level) both written and spoken.

• Technical or engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, or related).

• 6+ months of relevant experience in equipment or asset management.

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic knowledge.

• Advanced computer skills (data analysis, reporting, database management).

• Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with health & safety compliance in technical environments.

• Experience in shift-based or 24/7 operations is a plus.

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a strong sense of teamwork.
