As an eRetail Media Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing retail media campaigns across leading eCommerce partners in the region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming insights into action, improving digital content, and driving measurable performance results. You will work cross-functionally and across markets to ensure retail media activations are effective, efficient, and aligned with business goals.
Co-create and execute retail media plans across on-site and off-site channels and multiple countries, ensuring strong performance of activation tools
Co-manage the Retail Media Tracker, maintaining clear visibility of all activations across markets
Collaborate closely with cross-country teams (E-commerce, Digital Shelf, Brand, Media, Sales, Performance) to ensure alignment and smooth execution
Analyze campaign performance using multiple data sources and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Apply learnings from activations to continuously improve media efficiency and ROI
Coordinate creative and digital agencies, including briefing, reviewing retail media content, and co-optimizing media plans
Support the development of effective ways of working between eCommerce and other departments
Drive projects forward through strong coordination, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Understand online shopper behavior and apply insights to content and media activations
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a first-mover advantage in retail media
Support team upskilling by sharing retail media knowledge with Brand, Sales, and Digital teams
Take initiative and actively seek new opportunities and improvements
Report directly to the Retail Media Lead
2+ years of experience in E-commerce, eShopper, Digital, or Brand Marketing (pharma experience is a plus)
Hands-on experience with on-site and off-site retail media; experience on the online retailer side is an advantage
Proven experience creating and optimizing online content that drives conversion
Strong organizational and coordination skills with a proactive, reliable working style
A positive, can-do attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow
Solid analytical skills with the ability to work with internal and external data (sell-out, retail media data) and turn insights into actions
Ability to manage multiple deadlines while staying adaptable and well-organized
Fluency in English
