Job Description - European Spare Parts and Inventory Manager

Envipco is a leading Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) technology company with 40 years of experience. We provide collection systems for both small and large supermarket stores and on-the-go outlets. Our vision is for a cleaner, more sustainable environment for the next generations. We do this by providing the most cost-effective and efficient equipment to collect and sort used consumer beverage packaging and arrange the refunds. Our systems support high recycling rates and contribute to the circular economy.




Summary: Lead and manage spare parts demand, inventory, and logistics for European depots. Ensure accurate planning, seamless delivery, and high service levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support new country operations. Improve warehouse operations and maintain quality safety stock levels.


Responsibilities:



  • Oversee spare parts demand, inventory, and KPIs for European depots.

  • Align with European teams for accurate planning and inventory availability.

  • Manage demand planning, sourcing, production, and sale of spare parts.

  • Coordinate delivery and returns of parts across Europe.

  • Support new country operations and manage provisioning orders.

  • Monitor orders to maintain high service levels.

  • Handle internal orders for timely production and repairs.

  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to meet demand needs.

  • Improve warehouse operations and align with global standards.

  • Ensure quality of safety stock levels and timely replenishment.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in a multicultural, matrix environment.
  • Customer-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Fluent in English and Romanian.
