We are looking for candidates to join a strategic project within the insurance sector, focused on developing and enhancing enterprise software solutions and integrations.

What you'll be doing

• Act as the intermediary between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams, ensuring clear communication of business needs, priorities, and delivery objectives


• Gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements, translating them into well-defined user stories, process flows, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria


• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of features aligned with business objectives


• Perform data analysis, data mappings, and support the design of integration and data exchange processes between enterprise applications


• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure alignment between business and technical solutions


• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals, business priorities, and timelines


• Participate in Sprint Planning, Reviews, Refinements, and Retrospectives, providing valuable insights and driving continuous improvement


• Support testing activities including data validation, API testing,  end-to-end integration testing, UAT, and defect analysis


• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and delivery progress, proactively escalating issues when needed


• Ensure that all product and project documentation is up to date and clearly communicated to relevant teams


• Provide regular status updates and facilitate communication across cross-functional and international stakeholder groups

What you'll bring along

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics or similar field of study or equivalent working experience is required


• 5+ years demonstrable experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or BA/PM hybrid role


• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience working with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools


• Experience in writing and managing user stories, epics, process flows, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria


• Strong SQL and data analysis skills with the ability to validate business requirements and data transformations


• Experience working with system integrations, APIs, ETL processes, or file-based data exchange solutions


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility


• SAFe or Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner – CSPO, SAFe POPM, Entry Certificate in Business Analysis - ECBA - IIBA) are nice to have


• Knowledge of software development processes and ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams


• Experience with testing activities including API testing, end-to-end integration testing, UAT, defect analysis and data validation


• Experience insurance, banking, or another complex industry domain


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders


• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
