What You’ll Learn:

• Tire Production & Rubber Technologies: Get hands-on with tire production processes, rubber technologies, and material flow.
• Shop Floor Experience: Spend time on the manufacturing floor to understand day-to-day operations.
• Manufacturing Programs: Learn about specific manufacturing programs and their impact on central projects.
• Central Team Collaboration: Work with our central team to gain technical knowledge and understand the tire business.
• Department Rotations: Rotate through different departments to see how they all work together.
• Networking: Build connections throughout the plant, central functions, and with international trainees.
• Performance Indicators & Reporting: Get introduced to manufacturing performance indicators, analytical tools, and industry standards.

• Profound theoretical background in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Electrical, Quality);
• Advanced English knowledge;
• Intercultural experience through international internships or during semester(s) at an university abroad;
• Strong ability in analytical/structured thinking;
• Project Management experience represents a plus.

eXplore Tire Manufacturing & Engineering Graduate Program

Duration: Up to 18 months

Phase 1 – Practical Experience (10–16 months):

• Start with hands-on experience in tire production.
• Work in a real production setting.
• Tackle your first project at the plant.

Phase 2 – Central Placement (6–9 months):

• Join a graduate pool in Hanover with peers from around the world.
• Participate in exciting projects and learn about tire development and our global business model.
• Attend technical training programs to gain new skills.
• Use your soft skills and build a global network.
• Gain insights into research and development processes for tires.
• Collaborate on a global business contract with other graduates.
• Present your project results to top management.
