Facility Manager

Join our #DRÄXLMAIER team as a Facility Manager.

Tasks:

• Leading professional and disciplinary subordinate collaborators and making personnel-related decisions in consultation with the HR department and direct leader;


• Planning, coordination and implementation of all maintenance and repair measures, of all buildings, technical installations inside and outside buildings and related real estate;


• Ensures the security of the company;


• Responsible for monitoring, recording and analyzing data on energy consumption and other utilities in order to optimize them;


• Responsible for the initiation and implementation of cost reduction projects;


• Manages the full budgeting process within the area of responsibility, from establishing the budget to ensuring its effective execution;


• Works closely with central teams and provides regular reporting to ensure transparency and alignment with company-wide guidelines.

Profile:

• University Degree in a technical field;


• Between 3 to 5 year of experience in a similar position;


• Previous experience in the automotive industry represents a strong asset;


• PSI technical framework course is an advantage;


• Knowledge of building construction;


• Good knowledge of English is a must, German is an advantage;


• The role requires a highly autonomous individual, capable of working independently and taking initiative in day‑to‑day tasks;


• Leadership, communication, work in cross functional teams skills, process oriented thinking and very good analytical and proactivity skills.
