Field Services Engineer Power Distribution - Western Romania

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for performing commissioning, service, repair and preventive maintenance on Eaton´s Installed Base/products.
• Follow EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) responsibilities as provided by the role.Lead by example and ensuring that also own team members and vendors are following these rules.
• Proactively be involved in scheduling/planning of works.
• Actively support and work in line with service goals and performance KPI´s.
• Secure timely reporting and technical reports are done in connection to each individual work.               
• Provide optimum service support for customers through phone, personal visits, etc.
• Develop service-related trainings to field staffs as well as customers
• Perform service activities according to company policies and safety standards
• Develop documentations for service-related issues and resolutions.
• Investigate and troubleshoot product service issues
• Identify problems and record solutions for reference purposes
• Educate customer representative about the product usage and maintenance
• Stay updated on industry standards and technical service knowledge
• Address customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Coordinate with various teams to fix product issues
• Inform management on product service issues as observed through interaction with clients.

Qualifications:

• Electrical Engineering degree

Skills:

• Technical Knowledge/Experience with Medium/Low Voltage (Switchgears, Electrical Panels); Power quality UPS
• Communication skills

• Flexibility
• Diligent in following instructions
