Field Strategist

FlowX.AI is an engine for the next generation of cognitive enterprise systems - because we believe enterprise software is the software layer that our civilization relies on.  Today, our AI-native development platform helps banks and insurance companies, but also other industry players to easily build and deploy AI Agents and AI-enabled mission-critical systems  that are by default scalable, secure, have proper governance, and plug in easily into any existing systems, including legacy and heritage systems.

Mission

We are looking for a Field Strategist to partner with clients in diverse industries, guiding them through strategy, product implementation, and AI-driven innovation. 

This is a high-impact, client-facing role that combines strategic consulting, digital transformation, and applied AI expertise.

What you will do on a daily basis

• Lead early strategic conversations with executives across industries, focusing on measurable business outcomes.
• Break down current-state processes, blockers, and technology gaps — then design future journeys powered by FlowX.AI.
• Run discovery workshops, GAP analysis, and co-create transformation roadmaps with client sponsors and partners.
• Design and demo AI agents that show the value of FlowX.AI in action.
• Build business cases (savings, efficiency, growth, compliance) and equip sponsors to defend them in front of CFOs and Boards.
  Stay close post-sale to ensure programs deliver impact — faster launches, lower costs, improved customer experience.
• Translate client insights into product feedback to influence platform direction.
  

Very likely you can be successful if you have

• 5+ years of experience in digital products, consulting, or transformation roles.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and technology stacks.
• Experience in AI applications for banking and digital product implementation.
• Proven ability to define product roadmaps and conduct market research.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness and availability to travel regularly.
