Field Strategist - financial services

FlowX.AI is an engine for the next generation of cognitive enterprise systems - because we believe enterprise software is the software layer that our civilization relies on.  Today, our AI-native development platform helps banks and insurance companies, but also other industry players to easily build and deploy AI Agents and AI-enabled mission-critical systems  that are by default scalable, secure, have proper governance, and plug in easily into any existing systems, including legacy and heritage systems.

Mission

We are looking for a Field Strategist to work closely with clients, advising at both strategic and execution levels. 

This is a high-impact role for someone with deep expertise in banking products, digital transformation, and AI-driven innovation.

What you will do on a daily basis

• Lead early strategic conversations with bank executives, focusing on measurable business impact.
• Break down current-state processes, blockers, and technology gaps, then design future journeys powered by FlowX.AI.
  Run discovery workshops and co-create transformation roadmaps with client sponsors and partners.
• Design and demo AI agents that bring the transformation story to life.
• Build business cases (savings, growth, compliance, efficiency) and arm sponsors to defend them in front of CFOs and Boards.
• Stay close post-sale to ensure programs land and deliver value, measurable outcomes like faster product launches, lower cost-per-loan, or improved onboarding NPS.
• Feed field insights back into our product and GTM strategy.
  
  

Very likely you can be successful if you have

• 5+ years of experience in banking products, consulting, or digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and technology stacks.
• Experience in AI applications for banking and digital product implementation.
• Proven ability to define product roadmaps and conduct market research.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness and availability to travel regularly.
