Financial Compliance & Accounting

- Perform company controlling activities for the assigned entities (mainly related to compliance in financial reporting) - Ensure accuracy of balance sheet and income statement together with CC and Tax management by managing timely period end closing - Ensure a well-documented bridge between accounting records in ERP system and statutory and tax reporting - Support in preparation of IFRS reporting and related bridge between statutory reporting - Support in information preparation for board of directors, including Legal Entity Governance packages - Support in statutory and FIRE audits - Monitor precision in Transfer Pricing and initiate corrective actions; proper implementation and follow up on group instructions - Provide accounting advice to operational units and other areas - Ensure legal entity risk management - Preparation of applicable SOX controls - Involvement in investment/divestment of entities in the group. When mergers and acquisition projects are observed, the involvement could be in both due diligence and integration stages. - Business Understanding - Economic University degree/diploma - 5-7 years' experience in finance accounting and reporting.
